Our prices are for the rental of the whole property up to a maximum of 6 occupants and 1 infant. Up to 2 small/medium dogs can stay free. The WiFi is Fibre Optic Broadband and is free to use and the bed linen and towels for indoor use are included also.
Our standard changeover day is Saturday and our standard duration of stay is 7 nights.
We offer short breaks during the months of October-March. Short breaks are Friday-Monday (3 nights) and Monday-Friday (4 nights). The minimum stay is 3 nights. We may occasionally offer short breaks at other times of the year. Please CONTACT US if you have any specific requests.
Short breaks are priced at 75% of the weekly rate for both weekend (3 nights) and midweek breaks (4 nights).

Rental rates are only displayed for the weeks we have available. If a price is not given, then we will have sold that particular week. Our prices for 2020 will soon be online. In the meantime if you wish to book a specific week in 2020, please call or use our CONTACT US form to send an email.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit is also required and is payable with the balance. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday as long as you leave the property how you found it. You will find more details about this and our cancellation policy in our TERMS & CONDITIONS. All lead booking guests are required to confirm that they have read and accept our Terms & Conditions at the time of booking.
We accept payment by bank transfer. We can take cheques by prior arrangement. We cannot take cheques should the holiday start date be within 28 days of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
